In 2014 RealAcoustix was proud to be asked to provide acoustic treatments for the new multi-million dollar expansion of Berklee College of Music in the heart of Boston, MA. The extensive use of the RealAcoustix Diffraction Slot Absorber (DSA Panel) in beech added a unique and beautiful way to control the sound in the practice rooms. The DSA provides a great way to provide frequency-controlled absorption and maintain architectural integrity that is beyond that of the typical fabric-wrapped panels.
